Will PhotoShop CS6 work with Dell touchscreen and Windows 10?

i looking replace existing dell laptop inspiron 5000 series 15.6" laptop has 16 gb ram 1 tb hd, i7 intel processor , amd radeon r5 m335 4gb ddr3 video card.  touch screen windows 10.  in talking dell tech support, told photoshop cs6 will not work windows 10 nor touchscreen technology though adobe says work windows 10 on "system requirements page".  dell says work windows 7.  confused.  adobe forums seem suggest photoshop cs6 work both touchscreen , windows 10, there in dell laptop specs listed above suggests have problem?  buggy?  photoshop cs6 work mouse , not touchscreen?  problem video card? cannot find enough information on forums feel confident ordering dell laptop.  can upgrade 7000 series 4gb nvidia® geforce gtx 960m graphics, not gamer.

i cannot comment on touchscreen or dell laptop , have cc2015.5 , cs6 both working happily on windows 10.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
