Receiving 'Could not locate the resources file in the configuration folder' error when launching Contribute CS4

hello,

 

i installed adobe contribute cs4 on user's windows 7 pc. installation completed successfully, no error messages received. when user tried launch contribute, received error message stating 'could not locate resources file in configuration folder' , suggesting re-install contribute. did so, receive same error message. took @ previous thread on support forum need help! "could not locate resource file in configuration folder." , after reading uninstalled contribute cs4 , found , removed contribute cs3. after re-installing contribute cs4 still received same error message. continuing follow suggestions above thread, downloaded , ran both cs3clean , cs4clean scripts wipe adobe cs content pc. after re-installing contribute cs4 again received same message. tried thread support forum: some adobe cs4 application components missing directory - software news , discussion - winmatrix while not implement original solution thread (i can't , wouldn't download personal files mediafire corporate pc) there suggestion @ bottom of page did implement - using setup.exe install english language pack. failed resolve issue. unable connect live chat , phone support product has ended, running out of options. appreciate feedback.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
