Indesign CC updated 22/07/16 scrolling wheel every few minutes?

hi updated indesign cc friday 22nd 2016 , every few minutes i'm getting scrolling wheel - not specific action i.e editing text, scrolling move picture box - freezes 20 seconds on average can minute - if go force quit im getting indesign not responding come back? suggestions costing me lot of time - thanks

what operating system running?

 

start restoring indesign preferences:

 

trash, replace, reset, or restore application preferences

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
