How can I precisely relocate image in monitor using the arrow keys?

i'm using premiere elements 13, on windows 10 desktop. when use crop special effects, able precisely position top, bottom, left , right limiters typing in 1 decimal point percentage figures. works great, when trying manually move limiter in monitor view holding down left mouse button , dragging. being able enter percentage lets fine tuning done easily.

 

    however, i've been unable find similar positioning tool when want move entire image in monitor view. way i'm aware of move image holding down left mouse button , dragging image. direct , intuitive way (to me) precisely move image, once you've left mouse clicked on clip show white frame 8 little white squares, hold down ctrl button, use 4 arrow keys precisely position image. however, holding down ctrl , pressing of 4 arrow keys doesn't work, neither holding down alt , pressing of 4 arrow keys, neither holding down shift, or shift ctrl or shift ctrl alt. me, in precise positioning if hold down ctrl key , press whichever arrow key appropriate.

 

     happen know how precisely position image in monitor view other holding down left mouse button , dragging image want it?

with clip selected on timeline, click applied effects on right side of interface.

 

in applied effects panel, open motion properties. here can precise set position scale , rotation of clip. can keyframe animated motion paths , effects.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
