Computer freezes on Premiere Pro and/or After Effects startup

a few days ago working in premiere pro cc laptop not plugged wall socket, got '7% battery life' notification before plug wall socket died. plugged in, let charge minute , started machine again, without problems.

 

when tied opening premiere pro though, via shortcut use, little 'premiere pro' loading screen popped up, , loaded second or two, , windows froze; left alone bit see if recover when didn't manually powered machine down , powered again. same thing happened 3 or 4 times - tried running other programs see if issue global , photoshop , audition ran fine while after effects froze windows.

 

i uninstalled premiere pro , reinstalled it, checked updates , tried run again same result; windows freezing on loading screen. formatted windows drive , started over, installing new copy of windows , other software, once again other programs running fine (including adobe programs) except premiere pro , after effects, still freezing windows on startup.

 

 

my computer:

windows 8 pro (64 bit operating system)

processor: intel core i7 cpu @2.40ghz
ram: 16gb
graphics: nvidea geforce gt 650m (driver version 372.70)

do have dual graphics adapters?

go windows control panel , select hardware , sound , select device manager... in device manager click + sign left of display adapters... , see if 2 listed

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
