Acrobat Reader DC black printing lines problem

hi,

 

i have installed acrobat reader dc - dutch - 15.017.20053, work hp envy notebook installed latest updates on windows 10 home 64 bits.

i have hp laserjet pro cm1415fnw latest drivers installed.

 

some of pdf documents want print leave thick black lines instead of text on places.

the rest of document ok.

 

i can not fixed. removing acrobat reader dc , installing version xi not have problem - don't think should way work.

 

can me out.

have tried printing other applications ms word?

what windows build number?

could please post screenshot here?

 

to check build number, hold down windows key , press r on keyboard, type winver in run dialogue box , hit enter.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
