I lost £95 by clicking "License & Save to Computer"

hello, few days registered account , choose "photographer" plan, see promotion "get 10 free images within first month" , want try it.

 

yesterday tried find image, tried download see promotion works, fond image, there 3 buttons:

 

- license & save computer

- save preview computer

- find similar

 

i thought it's free first month, clicked "license & save computer", have been charged £95.

 

i shocked, tried contact support yesterday told me wait 24hrs, today chat again , told me "no refund adobe stock external license."

 

i thought have 10 free images lost £95, money big me, don't know why external license.

 

please me, please show me way, link or can contact talk issue !

please contact support team again ask if refund exception can made - contact customer care

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
