Weird prt scr behavior, grayed out option, invisible fill, colors?

has noticed weird behavior?

 

if open menu in pse, , press prt scr button grab screen shot , put on clipboard, cannot paste screenshot pse. can, however, paste paint shop pro, copy , paste pse. looks this:

1. reason that?

 

2. in above screenshot, note "stroke (outline)" option grayed out. i've learned have first select different layer before option available, can explain reason why it's grayed out? iow, why can't outline added current layer?

 

3. there way fill invisible color, or need selecting first?

 

4. able select among bunch of discrete colors. this:

let's start with:

if open menu in pse, , press prt scr button grab screen shot , put on clipboard, cannot paste screenshot pse.

you take screenshot, use menu edit >> paste (or ctrl v shortcut) on opened file. screenshot appears new layer. or can create new file thed screenshot menu file >> new >> clipboard image.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
