Unable to see bleed in Illustrator pdf - can you help?

i've checked other similar threads, problem appears unique.

 

i'm missing fundamental thing means when create pdf bleed not shown: images not go edge of pdf.

 

this despite:

  • setting 3mm bleed in document setup:

doc setup.jpg

  • ensuring images go bleed line, beyond printable area:

bleed on line.jpg

 

  • selecting trim marks, , changing pdf settings use document bleed:

when pdf opened in acrobat this:

- bleed missing (the trim marks, , other printer's marks shown).

 

i've made sure illustrator cc date. can help?

everything in screen shots correct. illustrator doesn't have option display bleed marks.

in acrobat set preferences > page display > page content , information > show art, trim, & bleed boxes. let see whether bleed correct.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
