stroke effect to shape layer

hi, i'm trying apply stroke effect layer imported illustrator.

 

i've created vector layer layer (so appears "outlines"), , can apply stroke if go "add" on timeline not if apply via "generate" doesn't appear, , can't apply effects. can alter specifications, i.e stroke width can't see on screen.

the stroke effects applies masks. not shapes. there 2 ways suggest deal this:

 

1. convert vector layer shape right clicking , choosing "create shapes vector layer" , give , exact instance of layer, ae shape layer. there can add stroke toggling contents parameter in timeline , add stroke

 

2. copy path illustrator ae clicking copy (ctrl+c) on ai layer , paste (ctrl+v) on ae layer , have mask path can add stroke effect to

 

i support 1st option.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
