Premier Pro CC 2015.4 crashing

i've installed 2015.4 update , after using short time on windows 7 pc i'm having serious failure program.  prior failure had completed importing 4k 60fps jpeg frame sequence.  saved project , closed program day.  when started program next day loaded saved program , started opening project received following error ..\..\scr\playerfactory.ccp-268.

when editing window opened dialogue box appeared saying serious error had occurred , program shutting down. dialogue box appeared in lower right corner saying input conflict had occurred.  tried opening other project files , experienced same results.  tried uninstall , reinstall software several times , each time had same results.  dead in water project need finish, ideas or appreciated.

try this:

 

hold down shift+alt while premiere pro loads.  keep them held down until pp loaded.

 

once program open, create new project , nothing it.

 

does crash?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
