Photoshop Elements 14 Mac Contact Sheet 2 Error

mac el capitan, elements 14, app store version.

 

two contact sheets created today. - dreaded error message. typical non-user-intervention mac just-breaks scenario. forum answers helpfully suggest ditching folder in library plugins folder, great idea if there 1 there, of course no such folder anywhere seen! happened between 2 contact sheets coming , minutes later terse "the operation not completed file or directory not found" followed "could not complete contact sheet ii command because of program error"?

 

same software on our other mac, same os, works! preference file there should be. , no, copying on computer folder missing doesn't work...

that message happens if source folder deleted and/or renamed in between uses of contact sheet ii.

 

the folder want in user library, not system library.

 

try see , delete contact sheet ii preferences.

 

 

click on desktop, in go menu click on go folder , paste in following , press go

 

~/library/preferences/adobe/plugins/adobe contact sheet ii pse12/elements

 

that should open necessary folder , should see the

 

adobe contact sheet pse12 prefs

 

just drag adobe contact sheet pse12 prefs to trash.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
