only illustrator Creative Cloud keeps crashing on windows 10?

recently, have purchased new laptop:

toshiba satellite fusion 15 l55w-c/5153 15.6-inmch laptop (intel core i7-6500u 2.5 ghz,8 gb,256 gb,windows 10), silver

 

i had installed creative cloud on there indesign, photoshop, acrobat , illustrator. on old laptop never had crashing issues software. illustrator crashes literally every 5 minutes or if leave idle long (and photoshop). before, when illustrator crash crash whole computer , blue screen come saying power driver failure. hasn't happened while it's illustrator crashing every 5 mins.

 

i have called tech support adobe , both toshiba , neither can seem fix problem. have tried researching solutions , tried different ones uninstalling , reinstalling going in actual folders files or running command.

 

nothing has worked.

 

i'm not sure if it's because of windows 10 having no luck.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
