Navigation Pane equivalent in InDesign?

i wrote 25 chapter textbook in word. @ navigating document in word using navigation pane. can click on heading or subheading , go position in text.

i paid publisher convert whole textbook indesign. looks great in indesign, can’t navigate document well. have scroll pages , down looking right chapter or sub-chapter. it’s 400 page book isn’t efficient.

is there navigation pane equivalent in indesign? can go directly “section 16.4” example? maybe publisher took shortcuts converting indesign, not sure. best way specific chapters, sections in big indesign document.

in ms word navigation show when press ctrl+f (i.e., find option) , has 3 option

1. browse headings in documents

2. browse pages in documents

3. browse results current search

this 3 option searching in document

 

likewise can in indesign doing find & replace option (press ctrl+f) , find it. has many option choose

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
