Cs6 Design and Web Premium

i'm trying figure out how download:  cs6 design , web premium.  purchased product on cd disk in 2013.  disk purchased academic use , had 4 licenses.  original cd has been lost , i'd download single copy of software new computer (dell optiplex 780, 64-bit, windows 7; 4gb ram).  retained sn original installation disk.  under adobe account, sn not recognized valid , cannot register sn old product.  plaese help.  not sure if: 1) purchasing through our academic vendor 2) purchasing on cd or 3) creative cloud or whether other download portals @ issue here?  need direction?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
