Password doesn't work to sign in using Creative Cloud desktop
help!
i have purchased student/teachers licence creative cloud , have tried download software site.
i click relevant 'download' button, , new page loads saying (for instance) 'indesign downloading now...' @ same time creative cloud desktop app launches , asks adobe id.
i enter email address (which displays tick) , enter password doesn't work (despite working fine on website).
i have tried 'want use company or school account? sign in enterprise id' ' instantly jumps me regular login.
i have read of other discussions similar issues , have tried resolve them using methods mentioned no luck.
am missing something?
