new mac, new PSE 14; PSE doesn't recognize Photos app

as above, new computer unlike old pc.  had trouble downloading , installing pse 14 last week. tried use first time today , can't import photo mac photo library because it's not recognized. help!!! getting frustrated!

we not support explicit ‘import photos’ type of functionality. but can import images photos app through import -> files , folder. launch mac finder dialog, , can select ‘photos’ left hand panel – need scroll down bit see that. selecting ‘photos’ list image photos libraries , can import them.

alternatively, may export photos app media desktop , import in elements organizer.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
