Echo sign widget with dynamic pdf

hi, have requirement 1 of clients. first time i'm exposed echo sign api. need guidance, if possible-

environment - wordpress

have unique url (same endpoint different parameters , tokens), each corresponds single or bundle of pdfs. single pdf can mapped multiple url(different parameter). pdfs need add 1 title page or dynamic text title (based on url parameters) , show user (who open url) in widget sign.

 

so in nutsell have pdf in wordpress needs add front page or @ least way dynamically add predefined "title text" , open pdf in widget sign purpose. once signed need uploaded , emailed.

 

how can achieve this?

if referring have dynamics form fields ( adjusted per data entered) in adobe sign, it's not possible static , need predefine size of them before sending document out either via api or web portal.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
