Cannot Find Adobe Flash on Mac

hi,

 

am trying run adobe flash on mac macbook air 11-inch 2014, 1.7ghz intel core i7 processor , 8gb storage

 

i running norton security 7.2

 

i have tried install it, , appears successful 'restart browser' , see thank page, cannot find adobe flash anywhere!

please help!!
