Cannot dl epub book from computer to device.

just downloaded/installed ade today , pain i'm having.  have read can on how dl book computer device , no joy!  device both sony prs-t1 , prs-t2.  appears t1 recognized according list, not t2.  thing can think of i'm running win10 os.  problem?

it's been month ade not working , every version !  on version 4.5 stopped working, de-installed installed version 3.0, still not working tried version 2.0 nothing works anymore !  lot of frustrated users , adobe not helping !  have tried people on here suggested still nothing   reinitialized kobo !  suggested using program calibre still need ade transfer .acsm epub !!! on window 10 , working fine ade 4.5 until month ago.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
