Illustrator decimal issues

hi,

 

i have issue illustrator since few days. dont know why there decimals after each sizing option. wouldn't big problem, since i'm able set stroke 0 or 1000.000 px , nothing inbetween!

 

i have similar effects on fonts size frozen @ 1296.00 px. i've reinstalled illustrator few times , used adobe cleanup tool. i've heard illustrator has issues regional settings of windows. haven't changed there in past , changing these values didn't solve problem.

 

is there had similiar issues or possible resolutions?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
