capture checkbox values

preface: new javascript , know nothing language.

 

i need javascript code following: created form 8 checkboxes , submit button.  if boxes checked, want populate address field of email (w/ 1 or multiple addresses). example: if child care , sound tech checked, email address field should populated childcare@test.com; soundtech@abc.com. if nothing checked, prompt error msg.  moreover, want email sent in background without user having click send button.

 

your assistance appreciated

what names of check-boxes? did set email addresses export values, or want hard-code them script?

 

your second request (sending data email silently) not possible, not unless script installed on user's local machine, , have allow @ least once.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
