Adobe Muse file not opening

hi!

 

i having issue 1 of particular file not opening on particular computer only. tried opening file on macbook pro on muse 2015.2 , it's working there, not on imac 27" same muse version. can see plan view it's loading after that. rainbow loading icon spinning , spinning. have force quit software every time. tried reinstalling muse, no luck. file seems in shape working everywhere other imac. please me solve issue.

update: has either network or creative cloud. messing around possibilities , turned off internet , open file , worked. then, turned network on, reopened file , loading icon starts spinning again. then, tried thing, signed out of creative cloud , time file working network on. so, guess i'll have keep signed out.

could please try creating new admin profile in imac - how add administrator accounts mac (os x) ?

uninstall , reinstall muse new user profile, , see if file launches.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
