Visible panes when opening full screen...

apologies if wrong forum. mods feel free move.

 

i have file open full screen. file has button set 2 things: open new file in same window, , close current file.

 

the new file set open in full screen, when opens panes on left , right sides.  don't want panes appear...how keep them displaying?

 

i'm creating files using acrobat pro xi, , files being viewed in acrobat reader xi.

in order open file in full screen mode, document need "trusted" meaning user have had either opened file @ least once , set file trusted or have put file in trusted folder. if plan on distributing these files set, that's going problem "trust" user defined.

 

if need run these in full screen on own system, trusting file when prompted should trick.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
