Making objects resize in proportion?

hi all,

 

i going little crazy trying mobile version of website work properly.

 

i have set breakpoint @ 533 , tried setting page fixed, hoping automatically reduce site screen size - there 2 pages on site not creating mobile version , worked desktop size pages scale down screen size.

 

i no expert muse, learning go , pulling hair out trying work out how objects on site downsize in proportion. there way of grouping items , ensuring downsize together?

 

here's mean. bottom of master page pages mobile versions:

 

at 533 breakpoint:

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
