I payed for the latest Creative Cloud suite, but can't download it, and can't get in touch with Adobe.


hello, stated in title, purchased one-year student membership adobe's creative cloud suite, confirmation number supplied email. has been on 24 hours, , still unable download purchase. when click on download button, download begins, proceeds between 4 - 30% before stopping. error messages returned either 201 or 1001. 201 refers internet connection which, according isp's website, fine. troubleshooting section referring error 1001 suggests first uninstall creative cloud desktop app , reinstall before running cleaner. however, unable uninstall trial version, receiving message uninstall cannot happen because other applications using it. none open, , reboot doesn't resolve issue.

 

adobe's phone service understandably closed time home work, , chat tool has been inactive since purchase. so, i'm turning forums. if adobe can contact me, or if adobe community has helpful tips, appreciated.
