Combining PDFs. Possible to set properties to different page layouts (one-up, then two-up) for different parts/pages when combining different pdfs?

i want first 2 pages appear 1 page layout (that's resume , cover letter) when click on pdf.  2 facing well.  after 2 pages want next 8 pages have appearance of 2 cover page layout (starting single page cover 2 facing again rest) since next portion mini portfolio sample.  possible?  have 2 different page layouts start @ different parts of pdf document?  want control how viewer see document when open it.  thanks.

with in design can create spreads of pages.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
