CC 2015 .4 - MTS files stall loading, crashes

software: adobe cc 2015.4

 

system: mac pro (mid 2010), 2 x 3.46 - 6 core, 128gb ram, geforce gtx680 4gb on-board

os 10.10.5, aja kona 3

 

drives: sonnet express sas r680 9tb raid 5, fw800 graid 4tb

 

project: 1080p 29.97

 

media formats:

h.264 mov wrapped

jpeg stills

hdv 1080

fs100a footage, avchd mts import

 

issue: mts / peak files load amount, program freezes. subsequent restarts of program (after force quit) bring in media. issues still remain program upon looking @ media seems bloat , freezes. system load 100 mts files, freeze. force quit, reload app, open same project, continues loading more files, freezes again. (repeat until footage in project).

 

 

when editing, things may fine until scrubbing, opening multiple clips, after 10 minutes, freeze, media pending appears , program must force quit again. seems it’s cache issue , can handle much. once stops loading mts files, in project tab, shows (items index 2) , frenetic popping on , off. stuck in loop. can hear tagging drives too. strange. doesn’t matter drives…does both.

 

also set different user accounts, different projects, deleted prefs, deleted media cache files. running out of options helps.

 

 

worked prior: when running earlier version (kid superman splash screen), things seemed working. 2015.3 has yielded issue.

 

 

other software: no other major applications running when premiere freaks. edit system lean , relatively fresh os install

 

i’m using mercury playback engine gpu… opencl

 

have switched software only… still same issue occurs.

 

i’d abandon 2015cc entirely not sure how migrate project , retain bins, sequences, et al.

 

 

what's been done troubleshooting yielding no change:

swapped hds

tried different projects

different user accounts

deleted prefs

deleted media cache files

support tried using cc2015... no change

installed recent video card driver

 

adobe action far: adobe support case open, , escalated… still waiting next support engineer call, been 10 days now. (sigh). has else dealt this? adobe support has been disappointment. had expected more them i’m used avid paid tech support there’s that.

i experiencing same issue project containing on 1000 .mts files. loading files freezes after looks 75-80 files. after loading footage, generating peak files action freezes after 100 files. slowing down immensely , making working in premiere not option.

 

importing files has same problem, every 70 causes premiere freeze up.

 

specs of machine:

mac pro (mid 2012)

2 x 2.4 ghz 6-core intel xeon

48 gb of memory

nvidia geforce gtx titan (all cuda , nvidia drivers updated)

lacie 1tb external hd connected via e-sata

 

work around suggested reverting last version, bin information have massive time loss reconstruct. tried exporting xml file, previous version of premiere (9.2 / 2015.2) not import, freezing up.

 

adobe staff, word on if these issues being reported on community being addressed? realize it's huge task, releasing version broken has been seems immediate concern, , community doesn't seem feeling it's concern. feedback appreciated!

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
