Can't download latest CC version

hey there everyone, first post on forums glad meet all.

if posted on wrong board please tell should post instead

 

i have question regarding downloading latest version of illustrator, photoshop , indesign.

currently have cs6 installed, i'd install latest version of cc.

when check updates nothing comes up.

i checked requirements 3 programs , should able download them.

specs pc are:

windows 7 ultimate 64bit service pack 1

intel core i7

16gb ram

the drive software installed has on 350gb left

drivers graphics card (nvidia quadro 2000) date.

 

photoshop system requirements

system requirements | adobe illustrator

system requirements adobe indesign cc mac , windows os

 

so considering should able install latest cc version right.

can me?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
