Adobe GC Client has stopped working

hi have deployed adobe cs6 design standard in our citrix environment. restricting users using acrobat x pro using ad groups. after did this, users not have access acrobat x pro, while launchingany adobe application, getting error pop says adobe gc client has stopped working.

 

  • what adobe gc client do? impact if prevented executing, dep? cause license validation issues later after 90 day period?
  • is there better way around not want every citrix user have access acrobat pro allows them modify pdfs.

we advised adobe's local distributor first try helpx first point of support.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
