Questions about Preloading and Buffering

we have issue learners slide has swf video supposed watch , excessive buffering occurs, in cases learners have waited 10 minutes , nothing happens. have seen others have recommended deselecting "disable preloading of embedded flash content" (it checked default). have seen can supposedly control amount of slides preloaded can't find option i'm assuming no longer option in presenter 11 , there predefined default setting? questions are:

  • does presenter automatically preload amount of slides, regardless of whether or not "disable preloading of embedded flash content" box checked? if so, how many slides? or purpose of check box turn on or off preloading of slides? reason ask because per adobe's instructions states checkbox: "if presentation contains swf files on consecutive slides, select disable preloading of embedded flash content. option prevents second swf file beginning play before first swf file finished." it's little confusing me because doesn't mention actual slides, swfs.
  • if preloading set predefined number of slides, purpose of check box?

preloading of swf content , presenter's preloading of slides separate things.

 

for slide/audio preloading presenter loads first 3 slides while seeing loading screen. once downloaded, start watching presentation. presenter begins preload additional slide every 3 seconds. allows keep play without having load entire presentation. if wan limit number of slides trying preload (by default there no limit), can work on digging change you'll need make 1 of xml files.

 

swf content can hard work due large number of variables of how can play back. so, there separate function preloading swf content. on swf in file, , preloading option not making difference, suspect that function not cause of or solution problem. start asking how swf created? needs in as3, if made as2 fail play or have odd behaviour.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
