PSE 15 Won't Launch

am using win 10 annv. upgrade edition. installed pse 15 -- organizer launch .exe, editor won,t. error message editor has stopped working , win looking answer.

re-installed pse 15: same result -- editor won't launch either .exe file or shortcut on desktop.

organizer appears functional.

help!

are able go welcome screen?  if try this:

 

1) press ctrl+alt+shift keys;

2) click on editor tab while above 3 keys still pressed.

3)  keep keys pressed until window asking reset/delete preference file.

4) press yes button when new window opens

 

this reset defaults.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
