Plugins all of a sudden GONE

hi,

 

running date version of ps cc.  last update must have introduced new way of ever... know plugins need work not loading.  topaz , others, 64 bit, plugins being ignored.  i've tried dropping them c:\users\me\appdata\roaming\adobe\plugins folder, reloading ps cc , still not showing up.  there used little tool in prefs allowed me browse plugins that's gone i'm @ loss.  if need i'll kill adobe subscription , reinstall photoshop cs6, don't need sort of hassle, esp when workflow disrupted this.

it advises dropping hard drive\program files\common files\adobe\plug-ins\cc

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
