Playback starts while Premiere Pro is idle?

a couple days ago premiere pro started automatically playing timeline when left idle, happens within few seconds after save , walk away, other times it's happen as hour after walk away.  timeline isn't automatically rendering, , disabled playback after rendering anyway in case it, idle playback happening regardless.  appears persistent, it's happened every time i've stepped away computer today.

 

any ideas why happening , how stop it?

ghosts.  (of poltergeist variety.)

 

last night, touch lamp turned on 3 times after turned off go bed.  they're everywhere, man!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
