Open a bin as a new tab results in opening 4x the same bin

almost in title.

i discover possible open bin new tab, convenient me.

but when press option , double click on tab, opens same bin 4 times.

and today, don't know why, opens ten times!

i reset settings , it's still same problem.

i try colleagues premiere pro, , open several times same bin, seems it's not consistent.

any idea? bug?

i'm using premiere pro 2015.3 (not 10.4) on mac.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
