CC Log-In Loop even after deinstall unsolved

hello guys!
i have problem,that everytime want start application sends me loop. everytime login, 5 seconds after have login again.
i work on windows 7. here screenshots unfortunatelly in german:

 

the first 1 pops says need login. it's weird it's saying terms , conditions test-version.

so after click on login window pops up. says cc licensed on e-mail

after click on continue takes 5 seconds , first window pops again, sending me loop.

 

i tried suggested things these lan-settings, deleting oobe file , deinstall every programm including cc desktop app (with creative cloud cleaner tool) , delete every other adobe folder.

i tried changing e-mail in case somehow got confused , linked old e-mail test-version once had installed.

but try sends me loop. can't use programm since week , have urgent projects do.
if unclear (english not native language) ask me.

uninstall cc including lastly cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&mspperror=-2147217396)

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
