i 2nd time have had reload photoshop elements 6 pc. first time happened helped new serial number 2nd reiteration of code. can little help? can little help?

“still need help? contact us” ignore suggested links try, take full circle forum. go straight blue button @ bottom. wait next page load , click in white area (see image) start chat. have serial number availble.

as own older product no longer supported make clear @ outset need activations re-set. have serial number available , should able fix things right away.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
