Audio playback before waveform in timeline

an audio clip playing before reaches spot in timeline.  hear audio playback of effect, , vu meters light up, there literally nothing in track until few frames later when clip beings.  in other words, deleted tracks until clip begins , it's still playing audio , showing vu action nothing there.

 

i trying mission critical dialog sync network delivery, , don't want latency or pre-caching of audio check sync.

 

should go waveform image in timeline, or go audio signal?  2 don't match @ all.

 

thanks help!

 

hardware:  using latest mac , adobe audition versions, older mac pro ssd, blackmagic decklink pci card audio out...

but audio in clip want playing earlier or unwanted audio in audio file before point clip should begin?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
