After Effects CC 2015.3 won´t start on OS X El Capitan 10.11.5

hello,

after effects cc 2015.3 won´t start on computer on os x el capitan 10.11.5.

 

the error giving is:

"after effects can’t continue: error while accessing preference files inside “/users/juanjosetomasdelportillo/library/preferences/adobe/after effects/13.8”, please verify file permissions , try again."

 

please can help?

what permissions settings on folder? i'd recommend moving folder desktop (or something) , relaunching ae. ae recreate folder proper permissions.

 

it wouldn't bad idea go /users/juanjosetomasdelportillo/library/preferences/adobe folder , set , containing folders read/write.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
