Rasterising problems with skewed object

i have created rhombus shapes poster using free transform function on photoshop cs4. when rasterise layer or if save jpg/png strange new shape added isn't there when layer vector. means can't print poster. know i'm doing wrong?! poster needs printing tomorrow!

 

here print screen of strange shape appears. looks staircase , think may have skew. when object isn't skewed strange shaped don't appear.

try 1 of these workarounds before saving

 

1- select top layer , click:

ctrl + alt + shift + e

 

2- layer -> flatten image

 

if did not help, please show screenshot layers.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
