Problems to import videos with extention PREL

in adobe photoshop elements 11 can import videos camera , databases extention mov.

repairing these videos in adobe premiere element getting extention prel.

but adobe photoshop not accept import of file anymore.

so not possible tot create albums corrected videos (prel) adobe premiere elements in adobe photoshop elements.

how can solve problem?

prel files premiere elements (not photoshop elements) project files, not media files.  if want bring media 1 project or use media somewhere else such media viewer, need share (export) media file such mov or avi , import new project file or open in media player.

InDesign CC 2015 won't open - plugplugowl.dll

Digital ID Error Code 2148073483
