Premiere totally unstable and slow since recent update

hi guys.

 

up until few weeks ago premiere & media encoder working fine. away on holidays , when got saw there update, updated latest versions.

ever since i've been having constant "windows running low on memory" errors & takes forever render anything.

it's gone far hard lock pc.

 

i tried rolling earlier version still seems unstable.

i started programs ctrl+alt+shift held reset settings & cleared cache.

 

it working fine when last used on month ago. dunno happened in meantime.

as unusable.

 

any idea causing , how remedy it?

sorry bump guys, adobe suite has become nightmare work with, point can't work it.

renders take 6-8 mins reporting 7hrs+s

the whole system become unresponsive when trying render.

 

pp throws out of memory errors constantly.

 

it fine when last used couple months ago, it's totally unusable.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
