Premiere and After Effects crashed. Uninstalled failed for them. Used the Cleanup tool. I deleted everything remaining. Tried to install CC again and it fails. Code error 201, I followed the steps and it does not work.

premiere , after effects crashed.

i tried uninstall utility (mac os). uninstalled failed them (worked other apps).

i used cleanup tool. seemed work, uninstall premiere , ae in utility stayed.

i deleted found cc remaining manually.

i tried install cc again , fails. code error 201, followed steps , not work.

i don't know anymore.

could me?

i got adobe support, sent me link download adobe app mgr. apparently network issue though, , solved after few re-tries.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
