LR doesn't recognize my camera

i got new computer (mac os 10.11.6) , use lr 3.  when attach tethered camera (canon rebel) computer, lr no longer shows canon option , can't import photos disk. 

 

i have restarted computer , camera- , taken out card , re-inserted.

 

i need help.  when attach camera, photos show in mac "photos" app, there nothing showing on lr import options canon.

 

what need have lr find camera when attach it?                   

what exact model of camera?

 

please check list see if camera tether lightroom 3

a list of cameras can tethered lightroom.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
