Exchange Photoshop from a Mac to PC without details

hello there,

 

this regarding problem company devices , have old macbook pro has cs6 installed on there , upgraded new pc windows 10, we've seen page 'exchange product different language or platform version' , started following these steps until got point of signing , being unable register product new account since not have serial number product. previous employers had installed no longer company , unable contact, next step here? there way find serial code without box/cd etc. or there way without it?

chances if not employers own account not supposed using account software.  should contact adobe support directly resolve matter.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
