Download Update not possible

i using indesign 7.0.1 , tried download update, download fails every time try though internet connection good. can do?

try direct updates

https://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

 

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if continues fail try using different browser.
