Clicks in quiz question after feedback displayed

i have project custom navigation (no playbar) , quiz questions show correct/incorrect text caption feedback (which part of question master slide).

 

when user answers question, feedback displayed , actions activate next button.

 

the problem if user doesn't click next button instead clicks submit button or anywhere else in window feedback disappears.

 

i turn off quiz > captions > correct , use custom text captions feedback need allow captivate manage display of feedback subsequent quiz attempt user may make during session.

 

how can stop clicks hiding feedback without having lose master slide feedback?

to reply own post, found out way captivate has "always" worked. guess it's decision made decade ago , no one's been in position change :-(

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
