Recover Unsaved After Effects Project

hi, last week, i've made after effects project, had forgotten save it. not rendered yet couldn't onto project. i've spent 3 hours working on last week , gone! want ask if there way recover unsaved after effects cc project because need it.

thank really.

 

btw im using windows 8 , after effects cc

3 hours? count blessings friend! sympathy goes buddy if did not save it, , if there isn't auto-save folder in project folder:

then there's nothing recover, right?

 

btw have save project first time folder appear, , has checked on in preferences

 

make habit first save when start making project, , work auto save (easy me - 12 years software , still remember save first time after hour or so)

 

if it's lost - take lesson really did not pay learn make better first version say!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
