illustrator 2015.3 performance problem

hi.

 

i bought new pc

specs: cpu i7-5820k(6 cores), gpu gtx 970, 32 gb ram, ssd 512gb programs , system, running windows 10

 

i'm applying drop shadow effect regular square. when dialogue box pops check preview , start change values.

for example if click fast 10 times on blur value increase 1% every secon till reach example 10%.

what i'm trying there hudge delay between click , final result if click fast.

 

i on hwmonitor when effect loading and:

cpu utylization max @ 15% , gpu - 6%, ram - time @ 4gb/32gb

 

gpu acceleration enabled.

illustrator updated 2015.3

 

or maybe normal , pc slow o.o?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
