Footage won't play smoothly or render

my video won't play smoothly when editing, , when try , render it, error message:

even when manage render of it, still won't play smoothly. have set lowest quality can (1/4), , have allocated ram possible premiere.

 

my computer specs are:

-gpu: nvidia geforce gtx 770

-cpu: intel core i7 960 @ 3.20ghz

-memory: 24 gb ram

-os: windows 10 pro

 

program running off of ssd, while files being accessed hdd.

 

prpro version: 2015.4 release, 10.4.0 (30) build.

 

my graphics drivers up-to-date , tried reinstalling premiere. tried copying new sequence , attempting render there, , didn't work either.

 

anyone have ideas on what's causing premiere a) run , play video slowly, , b) fail render video?

are chance editing screencapture recording.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
